Our Proven 3-Phase Treatment Approach
1. Calm
Our objective in Phase 1 of treatment is to decrease pain and increase mobility to set you up for success in Phases 2-3. This phase will incorporate extensive education (including pain science education), breathwork, stretches, nervous system regulation, and learning hands-on techniques to relieve tension.
2. Connect
The goal of Phase 2 is to solidify your brain-body connection to your core and pelvic floor. During this phase, we’ll introduce strengthening while continuing to maintain the calm you achieved in Phase 1. You’ll learn skills to connect with yourself & tools for connecting with a partner if this is one of your goals.
3. Confidence
Ultimately, the goal is to leave you with the confidence, guidance, and tools to maintain your progress and continue your journey without us. The purpose of Phase 3 is to try new things and problem-solve together. What goals have you achieved? What still feels challenging? This is our chance to fine-tune what you’re working on and celebrate how far you’ve come!
